If anyone is interested in reading the handbook for family and friends, it is available online. We only have one copy, so if you absolutely want a hard copy, you will have to start a chain letter of some sort. Maybe you can sort it out in the comments. Here is the online copy:

This is awesome. I am nearly through the application process (only have the physical left to do!), and i know my family is excited for me, but i also know they are worried. I emailed them to my parents right away. thanks for posting it!

We started this whole thing last March, and we had our first PC-related doctor’s appointment in September. We still didn’t get our invitation until yesterday. It might go faster for you, since you’re not in a couple. Not to be a bummer, but be prepared for a long wait. When/where are you nominated for?

This looks really informative. I’m glad we will have it to refer to. I’m sure your Grammy’s copy will be well read and dog-eared, highlighted and underlined, (all in a good way) so we’ll get the info online. It’s an exciting venture (and adventure) and because YOU two are excited, I’m excited. Is this the site I should pass around to friends to follow if they are interested?
(FYI, the picture didn’t post on the rss feed.)

Well, the theme we are using does not allow us to set post thumbnails so there isn’t really a way for us to help with the picture on your rss feed. Yes, please share this blog with anyone interested in following our journey or just wanting to learn more about us or the Peace Corps. We will hopefully be updating it throughout our entire service with as many updates as we can handle.
