Another round of “thank you”s

We’ve already gotten quite a response from everyone and I want to thank everyone who has sent us their blessing of our decision. It is definitely not an easy decision to make but it really helps to know that people are so supportive. We definitely want to make everyone proud. I also want to send out a special thanks to my recommendation-ers (ordered by the number of vowels in their last name):

  1. Julie Reynolds
    • Julie works as a Business Analyst at EDS, an HP Company with me. She and I have worked together on a few projects and she is a very nice person and a good co-worker.
  2. Mike Hassel
    • Mike and I have known eachother since elementary school. Since then we have shared a neighborhood, a dorm room, a rental house, all of our furnishings for said dorm and house, and the date of our birth. Despite probably considering the Peace Corps to be a “crazy liberal organization” or something, he was definitely enthusiastic and willing about helping me with the process, and I can’t thank him enough.
  3. Neal Webb
    • Last, but only least in the number of vowels in his last name, Neal and I met freshman year at UE. A fellow Computer Science major, he was living in the room next door. Neal, of course, couldn’t wait until after college to get a job, and he became the Desktop Coordinator at the Office of Technology Services over the summer and I worked under him for the rest of college. He was as good of a supervisor as he is a friend, and he and proved that by being so willing to be one of my recommenders. Thank you so much.

I also would like to show my gratitude to you three with some sort of baked good most likely so I’ll need an address or some sort of delivery method. Also, if you know any of these three, give them a hearty pat on the back for me because they deserve it.
